In the case of a fishing card valid up to one month, the catch data shall be submitted within five days after the expiry of the fishing card. The catch report of the fishing card valid for more than one month shall be submitted within five days as of the end of each calendar month.
A catch report has to be submitted also if one did not go fishing or nothing was caught during fishing. In this case, the catch amount on the report sheet is marked as zero. Failure to submit data may bring about a financial penalty and losing the right to purchase a fishing card up to one year.
The catch report may be submitted on site at the Environmental Board or sent as registered mail to one of the following addresses:
catch from internal water body: Aleksandri 14, 51004 Tartu;
catch from the sea: Kõrgessaare mnt 18, 92412 Kärdla.
A separate report sheet has to be submitted for each fishing card. Please make sure that you write the correct fishing card number on the sheet. If the number is wrong, it is not possible to determine regarding which fishing card the data was submitted and, therefore, data may not be submitted.
